Payment Plans, Trades and Reserved Animals:

Here at High End Herps we make it so that everyone that wants ANY reptile can get that reptile, regardless of how much it may cost or how much a person can usually afford. To make it easy and simple for every herper and upstart breeder we accept ALL trades of any resell able merchandise. As long as the item or items is/are easily resell able for more than the reptile or reptiles are valued at we will accept any tangible item or items****.

In addition to this we also offer the best and easiest to afford payment plans IN THE WORLD. Our payment plans are 100% INTEREST FREE, can be extended as long as is necessary* and include many added benefits.

Any snake subject to purchase on a payment plan will remain with us until the debt is fully paid and will be fed and housed 100% free of charge for the duration of the transaction. Your snake will receive daily handling to ensure complete docility and familiarity with humans and you will get weekly or monthly updates and pictures, per request, as your snake develops and grows. All of these services are 100% free and are inclusive in all payment plan purchases.

STANDARD PAYMENT PLAN:

Payments may be made as frequently as the customer chooses. A $50.00 dollar (or 10% of total initial value, whichever is more) initial payment/deposit is required per animal to initiate a Payment Plan. The customer may then send as much or as little as is comfortable for their budget just so long as it is a minimum of 50 dollars (or 10% of total initial value, whichever is more) per animal per each 30 day period thereafter. Payment plans may be forfeit if the minimum monthly payments lapse more than 30 days in which case the original contract/sale is immediately nullified and all previous payments accumulated may be forfeited. Customer may request a 30 day Payment Plan Extension* to reactivate their Payment Plan and keep their account active. Customer may only withdraw from payment plan arrangement if we do not have or do not produce the animal the customer originally wanted to purchase. Refund of funds is only possible if we do not produce or cannot provide the animal the customer is paying towards. Once an animal is selected for a payment plan one may not swap it for another animal at a later date. All payment plans, agreements and arrangements are final and unalterable. If customer decides t0 back out of payment plan for reasons other than stated above said customer forfeits all payments accumulated to date.

DELUXE PAYMENT PLAN:

To acquire an animal under our Deluxe Payment Plan one only need make an initial payment/deposit of only 50% of the total value of the animal they wish to purchase. Under the guidelines of the Deluxe Payment Plan the customer may send any amount any time thereafter with up to 90 days between payments. There are no minimum payment amounts with the Deluxe Payment Plan. Deluxe Payment Plans may only be forfeit if payments lapse more than 90 days in which case the original contract/sale is immediately nullified and all previous payments accumulated may be forfeited. Customer may request a 30 day Payment Plan Extension* to reactivate their Payment Plan and keep their account active.

*If a customer lapses in their monthly payments one may obtain a 30 day Payment Plan Extension for only fifty dollars. In this way ones payment plan may be kept active as long as is needed to complete the transaction.

**If one has collateral that exceeds the value of the snake but does not wish to trade it one may put the collateral down on the snake, get a comfortable payment plan custom tailored to their budget and take the snake or snakes home immediately. When the debt is paid the collateral is returned to the customer**. With us one has many viable options to obtain the snakes one wants but could not otherwise afford. Our motto is.. "If you want a certain snake... you will have that snake". ***We accept trades of snakes provided the animals come to us with documentation of health from a licensed veterinarian and verifiable evidence of the snake's captive produced origin. We will not accept imported animals.

****Buyer pays all shipping on items for trade.

Lifetime Trade-in Policy:

For those herpers that want the experience of keeping a retic, burm, hybrid, ceylonese or rock python but don't want to end up with an enormous 200 pound pet, this is the policy for you. This is automatically inclusive in the purchase of any large snake species**. What this basically boils down to is that at any time during your experience with keeping any of our larger species (retic, rock, burmese, hybrids, ceylonese, etc) if you feel your snake is too large for you to handle safely and or comfortably, you may trade it back in for a smaller snake of equal value*. This enables herpers that would otherwise avoid these graceful giants, to enjoy the wonderful experience of keeping and raising them without the potential burden of ever being "stuck" with a gentle, though potentially huge reptile. We developed this policy with the sole purpose that NONE of our offspring ever are; abandoned, released, neglected, or end up in shelters or in rescues or even in the Florida Everglades. The well-being of ALL of our snakes is our first and foremost priority. Please read the terms and conditions of the lifetime trade-in policy before you purchase a snake under these conditions.

[Terms and Conditions of "Lifetime Trade-in Policy": It must be established at time of purchase that you as the customer are accepting this offer and are intending to use this policy. Then a written contract will be emailed, signed and returned, indicating that you have read and understand the conditions of this policy. A photo-file of the snake in question will be created to establish a record of the individual snake. This will enable us as the seller to verify that the same snake is being returned to us at a later date. We also reserve the right to microchip any snake sold under any policy for easy future identification. Any snake being returned to us under the "Lifetime Trade-in Policy" guidelines MUST still be 100% healthy and mite free accompanied by a dated, certified and thorough vet examination. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any snake that has not been inspected by a licensed, registered veterinarian or otherwise shows symptoms of illness, or the presence of mites. If any shipping is involved in returning the snake to us the customer MUST pay all shipping costs, including any costs in shipping the smaller replacement reptile. If the customer chooses to not take a replacement reptile of equal* or lesser value they may still return the original snake and transfer their credit to another]

*Value of reptile at time of trade-in is based on our own current market value.

**We reserve the right to select the sex of the animal in a lifetime trade in arrangement.
