Dear David and Tawni,
I wanted to thank you once again for the new arrivals. I cant even begin to put into words how thrilled I am with all of these snakes. The quality of these animals is unsurpassed. After talking with you at length about possibly breeding these multimorph cateaters, your motivational words of encouragement and your willingness to answer my every question has increased my enthusiasm and optimism for this hobby. Your knowledge ,patience and genuine professionalism is contagious. I also wanted to thank you for selecting snakes that had all the traits I was looking for. The cateaters and the ceylonese are all incredibly beautiful,tame and fantastic eaters on F/T. They surpassed all of my expectations. I look forward to the future and the experience of breeding these one of a kind snakes. I also wanted to tell you that the male cateater just shed...... OH MY GOD!!!! He must have lightened by 10 shades!! Very light yellow/gold. Absolutely gorgeous. I can believe how much lighter he became! You definitely did not exaggerate. The change is dramatic. I didnt expect this. Im digging it!! I will send you pics when I can. Thanks also for all your patience! I can tell you one thing, I wont ever buy another snake from anyone else. There is only one other gentleman who holds his animals in the same high regard as you. He to is as professional and courteous as you and Tawni. His name is Scott Koontz. He and his wife Cathy live in South Carolina and run Uharrie Reptiles. Scott specializes in kingsnakes mostly. His expertise is unmatched. He reminds me of you. Your my boid guy he is my colubrid guy. Between the two of you , I should be covered!! LOL. I also look forward to maintaining the relationship / friendship we have developed over the last few months. My hats off to the both of you. You guys are the best!

I just stumbled upon your web-site for the first time, never even heard of you guys before. I just want to say I CAN'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING I HAVE READ. I was going to go through Bob Clark, untill I found your site. I am not ready right now; and am kinda undecided what to get: Surinam boa?, or Burm? I love retic's but to much of a handfull (too big and headstrong). Even when burms are big they are not as hard to deal with as retic's. When are you going to get the surinam boa's page up and the norm. burms up as well? Thanks for you, and the way you believe in doing things.

Good morning David,
Well, Bailey POOPED!!!!! He passed a couple of small pea size white
balls then one which was the size of a large marble! With that he had
a regular poop to follow. I am SOOOOO relieved! No more bumps palpable
in that belly.
Now that I have gotten through that ordeal. LOL. Im very excited about
an albino retic.
I love those lavender phase.
Last night my 13 yr old asked to see your web-site. We looked through
all the pics. He turned to me and said, dont you wish you could do
that for a living? My answer was ABSOLUTELY!
We both love the pics of those Celoneyse. They are incredible! I think
we will be doing
one of those as well. Keep me posted on hatching/ availability.

Thank you for the words of encouragement. I also believe everything you
have said. I also think that if the rest of the world knew how slimy the
two of them really are they would be looked upon in a much different
light. There are some very large breeders in this business that have all
offered their services as needed but not on the BC forum as they will
just be deleted. If this ever makes it to the BOI I think that this will
be handled in a much different light. I have received many words of
encouragement this morning from other breeders in the business and don't
think that the breeders that got the animal from me are on good terms
with these two.

dude i flew right to my friends house after school to see my new baby, he cracked opened the box to make sure all is good meaning he is still kickin lol...i took him out...wow u prob could have sent that snake to the frozen tundra...he was so warm i think i should keep him in there for a lil while its i deal temp lol j/k...he looks like the exact snake i had before he is amazing...his size is perfect both weight and length he also got a good temperment so far thats always a good thing...i put him in a vision cage for housing for the next few days cause his girlfriend is over my brothers house and he is comin down to get him this weekend...he is goin to love her she is a gentle giant jus like he is...thanks for your help man on such short notice...ususally i need somethin and no one has it but im glad i counted on u...i hope you have a good holiday and new yr and god bless...i will stay in touch with u jus in case i have any questions to ask u and also i will send pics when the lil guys crack out of the eggs o boy cant wait lol bye now

I would just like to say that you guys (David,Tawni and cole) are just awesome,you guys are truly sincere about this business,and you have treated me like a real good friend rather than a client, and on top of that your guarantees are out of this world.
I believe that yall set a new standard in the herp business, and we will probally start seeing outher herpers following right along your sides. Yall are willing to help out anybody with any questions that they might need to know, instead of ignoring them - you teach them and that too is great but the most important thing is your passion to your animals and your customer friends. Since day one I felt a close friendship connection with yall, and man what an amazing wife you have, you say she stuck by your side through thick and thin WOW (LUCKY MAN) breeding rabbitts, helping out with all the work that goes into starting a herping business or collection,I know it's a lot of work, and sometimes you just have a bad year, but when your woman sticks by your side through it all that has got to feel real good, and David there just is'nt enough good words in this world to say about you, I could go on, and on, and on, with kind things to say about you.but I'm only going to say 2 things about you that explain you best.

Hey Guys,
I just wanted to say that this snake is incredible and we all love him. He eats great and is very healthy and alert. Compared to my first and only other experience with bying a albino retic this went Class-A smooth. When I got one from *** ***** [edited as this is not the boi] I opened a shipping box full of mites.At first I thought, okay, it happens, and let it pass. Then it didn't eat for nearly two months. It was lethargic and unresponsive. When it finally did eat it threw up. Not too long after it got uncoordinated and couldn't grab or hold its food. I found it all twisted up dead one morning. I had my vet do a necropsy on it and it turns out it had IBD. Thank goodness I kept it away from my other snakes, the irony being that I was trying to protect HIM from THEM. Bob only answered my first email saying it must have been my cleaning solution and then he never responded again. I was just S.O.L. It's appalling to me. The idea that I would have to put down my whole collection if they were infected by his snake is just shocking. It's a real eye opener. So when I came and saw your place and how pristinely clean you keep it and how healthy your animals are I was impressed to say the least. Whenever I need a new snake I am coming directly to you guys. Thanks for everything. You guys are the best.

I was a little concerned this morning when I saw he was coming from Cleveland! The final stretch and man was it COLD this morning haha go figure. But your shipping methods allowed him to arrive SAFE.I did see the pictures of the 03' Female Sunkist. Wow! Got any pics of males? What is the history of this line? Is it Dominant; Co-Dominant, Recessive?I am very excited with my plans for this guy. I will be purchasing a 05' Female Orange-Tail Hypo Pos Super to pair him up with.I like the ORANGE coloring I think most people focus on the pink(pastel) trait so I was loking for something different. I think I found it Shhhh don't tell anyone haha It has been GREAT doing business with you!

He has to be one of the best dispositioned snakes I've ever seen. He is always in a good mood, I think he sometimes actually likes to be handled, and he's just all around a great snake. This was definetely a good investment. Now, what makes him always so tame? Is it genetics, and/or frequent handling? He always seems perfect when handled. He never jerks around or tries to get out of grasp or anything like that. Hmm... You probably have to have some of the best snakes out there that I've ever seen. Yes all is well with myself and the boas.Thanks for asking.
You packaging couldn't get much better.The only "flaw" I see is that there was no "label" on the box about it being perishable or which end was the top but since you are at 100% on live arrivals that must not be an issue as to the safety of the snakes.Cant argue with 100%..lol
The packaging kept it warm enough for the boas and gave them plenty of protection.I think the key to that is your placement of the styrofoam.The way you put the styrofoam in the box does increase its strength.As a matter of fact after getting your email asking for feedback I thought I would test that out a little.So I put the box back exactly the way it was when I got it,closed it all back up and stood on it ,then jumped up a little.I'm about 150 lbs and it did not crush or even damage any of the styrofoam.I know that during a regular shipment nothing like that would ever happen so that tells me that it would take one heck of an accident to hurt the snakes inside one of your packages...I don't think you could get any better. I wouldnt change any of it.Great Job

The boas ate just as you said they would.They were right on it.No problems at all.
Oh yes I have noticed the difference.The week I bought the boas from you I also bought two other pair from two other breeders (6 boas in two days,my wife just shook her head).Now Im not saying Im not happy with them or that the other breeders dont care.I did get great,healthy boas from all and everyone has been very helpful and answered all my questions before and after the sales BUT you are the only one that has made any inquiry on the status of the ones you sold me.So not only did I really notice but it truly makes you stand out from the rest.I applaud you.In this day of mediocre (at best) customer service from alot of different businesses you have stepped up and decided thats NOT how you wanted to do business and put customer service back on the level it should be.And to top it off, I didnt even spend that much with you.Its not like I bought your most expensive snakes or anything and that just further tells me that it doesn't matter if someone spends $100 or $10000 on a snake from you they still get treated to the same great service and your $100 snakes are just as important to you as the higher priced ones.You do live up to your claims on your web site that's for sure.
All I can say is that I am very impressed by the way you conduct business.You not only have a very new happy customer but when its time for me to make my next purchase I will come to you first without question.This has been nothing but a great experience from day one.And to think I really didnt want to buy any reptiles this way (over the internet without seeing them in person first).

I finally got some time to spend with the boas. Yes the male had shed when I got home tonight and after handling them both I have to say I'm very pleased. Since they are new to me I threw on some gloves (thought they might be a little stressed from the shipping) but soon realized I didnt need them at all as both seem to be very tame already .No hissing ,no striking just calm beautiful boas. I did notice the pink already along both of their lower sides so I really cant wait to see them as that gets more visible. As I mentioned in the other email I will be feeding them this weekend and I dont doubt what you said about them eating, they both look very healthy and well maintained with nice full bodies. And yes it would be fine with me if you wanted to post my emails. These boas are very easy to compliment as well as this whole transaction with you. I would not hesitate buying another snake from you. It has all been great. From my first contact with you up to today as you have kept in contact with me, wondering how the boas are doing. That tells me you truly care about your animals and your customers. And it reflects in these boas.
