End Of Year Statement for 2007: We had yet another problem-free year just like last year and every year before. We have not experienced a single death in shipping and unfortunately only one sudden, unexplained death of a baby python with a customer. We immediately replaced this without requiring a necropcy as it was a low end animal. But one death out of hundreds of babies is still very good in our book. We have also never had a single, dissatisfied customer. Ever! We have never had an incident of one of our animals becoming sick. Not EVER! We are still batting near a thousand and we owe it in large part to having truly terrific, above average customers. We have been fortunate in that not one of our customers has been less than nice, courteous, genuine, open and downright honest in all the years we have been in business. We couldn't have such a flawless record without such flawless customers. We have had another fantastic year here at High End Herps Inc! Much of what we have produced this past year just as with previous other years, nobody else on the PLANET has ever produced! We now have many more amazing, one-of-a-kind multi morph Cateater Rock/Burmese Hybrids than ever before in history. Soon to be the most sought-after variable python morph ever produced, without question! Throughout this page and many of the additional 19 pages we will demonstrate these amazing hybrid multi-morph creations via literally hundreds of pictures. About Us:
My wife, Tawni and I have managed to put together, maintain and breed, one of the largest collections of boids (pythons and boas) in the industry. Getting where we presently are was seldom "easy" but one thing is certain I could not have done it without the constant help, support and encouragement of my wonderful wife. Whether she was helping me construct our first facility so many years ago, breeding rabbits and rats for snake feed, cleaning snake cages, or just making great, home cooked meals, she has been by my side, non-stop, never complaining and always supportive even during non-profitable years that seemed so long and which were often very discouraging. When breeding was not so good, when gravid females gave us duds, when hatch rates were low, when the economy suffered recessions and subsequent sales were slow, she still believed in me and what we were doing. She trusted me so many years ago when I said, "It will be okay. Next year will be better, I promise". And eventually of course, it was. For this I owe her a lot. So any time things seem daunting or difficult I just remind myself that I am doing all this for her more than for myself or my undying love for this hobby. And that makes it all seem so easy once again. My wife is my pillar of strength and is my main reason for striving to be the worlds largest and most reputable reptile breeder.
With all the scammers, thieves and less-than-honest breeders in the reptile market today we initially decided years ago to start breeding professionally so as to begin a new trend in the reptile business and set an example built on credibility and integrity. We hope that with time the less than honorable "breeders", greedy, despicable brokers and low down scam artists will be weeded out and disappear altogether. Unlike many "breeders" in the world today we do not buy and resell imported animals nor will we ever secretly broker the offspring of another anonymous breeder and pawn it off as our own stock. We will not misrepresent and we will only offer 100% healthy offspring produced from our own closed colony breeding stock. Because of this we may never have the huge selection and sheer quantity that other so called "breeders" may appear to have, but we DO offer you the peace of mind of knowing that what you get from us.....was produced by us.....from 100% healthy, captive produced parents kept right here in our own closed colony breeding groups. It is not uncommon for us to have 2 or 3 hour phone conversations with our customers, whom often become our close friends, concerning herps and herp breeding, husbandry and the like, or in some cases we may spend hours just discussing bass fishing or old cars, music or just the weather. Reserve Purchases/Rate Reduction Guarantee:
Reserve the animal you want and begin to make payments now. Not only can you lock in current prices for future stock (prices are subject to rise) but should there be a reduction in price your purchase price will automatically be adjusted to meet this reduction. What this means is, should there be a drop in our price of the particular species, morph or hybrid that you are buying, your total will automatically be decreased to match the newly adjusted, lower price. Nowhere else can one get this Rate-Reduction Guarantee on a payment plan animal. Nowhere else period!
Payment Plans, Trades and Reserved Animals:
Here at High End Herps Inc we make it so that everyone that wants ANY reptile can get that reptile, regardless of how much it may cost or how much a person can usually afford. To make it easy and simple for every herper and upstart breeder we accept ALL trades of any resellable merchandise. As long as the item or items is/are easily resellable for more than the reptile or reptiles are valued at we will accept any tangible item or items****.
In addition to this we also offer the best and easiest to afford payment plans IN THE WORLD. Our payment plans are 100% INTEREST FREE, are extended as long as is necessary* and include many added benefits.
Any snake subject to purchase on a payment plan will remain with us until the debt is fully paid and will be fed and housed 100% free of charge for the duration of the transaction. Your snake will receive daily handling to ensure complete docility and familiarity with humans and you will get weekly or monthly updates and pictures, per request, as your snake develops and grows. All of these services are 100% free and are inclusive in all payment plan purchases.
STANDARD PAYMENT PLAN:
Payments may be made as frequently as the customer chooses. A $50.00 dollar, or 10% of total initial value, (whichever is more) initial payment/deposit is required per animal to initiate a Payment Plan. The customer may then send as much or as little as is comfortable for their budget just so long as it is a minimum of 50 dollars, or 10% of total initial value, (whichever is more) per animal per each 30 day period thereafter. Payment plans may be forfeit if the minimum monthly payments lapse more than 30 days in which case the original contract/sale is immediately nullified and all previous payments accumulated may be forfeited. Customer may request a 30 day Payment Plan Extension* to reactivate their Payment Plan and keep their account active. Customer may only withdraw from payment plan arrangement if we do not have or do not produce the animal the customer originally intended to purchase. Refund of funds is only possible if we do not produce or cannot provide the animal the customer is paying towards. Once an animal is selected for a payment plan one may not swap it for another animal at a later date. All payment plans, agreements and arrangements are final and unalterable. If customer decides to back out of payment plan for reasons other than stated above said customer forfeits all payments accumulated to date.
DELUXE PAYMENT PLAN:
To acquire an animal under our Deluxe Payment Plan one only need make an initial payment/deposit of only 50% of the total value of the animal they wish to purchase. Under the guidelines of the Deluxe Payment Plan the customer may send any amount any time thereafter with up to 90 days between payments. There are no minimum payment amounts with the Deluxe Payment Plan. Deluxe Payment Plans may only be forfeit if payments lapse more than 90 days in which case the original contract/sale is immediately nullified and all previous payments accumulated may be forfeited. Customer may request a 30 day Payment Plan Extension* to reactivate their Payment Plan and keep their account active.
*If a customer lapses in their monthly payments one may obtain a 30 day Payment Plan Extension for only fifty dollars. In this way ones payment plan may be kept active as long as is needed to complete the transaction.
**If one has collateral that exceeds the value of the snake but does not wish to trade it one may put the collateral down on the snake, get a comfortable payment plan custom tailored to their budget and take the snake or snakes home immediately. When the debt is paid the collateral is returned to the customer**. With us one has many viable options to obtain the snakes one wants but could not otherwise afford. Our motto is.. "If you want a certain snake... you will have that snake". And we go the extra mile and work with that customer until he or she has the animal they want. ***We accept trades of snakes provided the animals come to us with documentation of health from a licensed veterinarian and verifiable evidence of the snake's captive produced origin. We will not accept imported animals
